Chatfield, MN – The Pope and Young Gild hosted its first ever Bowhunters Rendezvous at the MacKenzie Environmental Center nigh Poynette, Wis.. this past weekend. Hundreds of participants and dozens of vendors took function in the three day effect, which included realistic 3-D target ranges, prepare on three loops of well-groomed trails in the forested area of the facility. The Sabbatum live auction, daily silent auctions, daily door prizes, novelty shoot gift bags, Dominicus live sale and the bucket raffles were more reasons for excitement during the weekend where thousands of dollars in prizes were awarded to shooters and attendees. Local resident Kris Attoe and her family won big on the weekend long saucepan raffle. "Nosotros won a Gearhead bow for me, a Conduct bow for my son Kyle, and a Mathews bow for my husband," said Kris. The array and quality of the raffle prizes were very impressive. Many of the manufacturers and P&Y representatives were on manus to reply questions and make sure we were taken care of.
